We specialize in two, three and four flat buildings to avoid the noisy, over-crowded experience that often accompanies large multi-unit complexes. As a result, in addition to the quiet comfort within the individual apartments, residents have easy access to a private yard shared only by the other tenants in the building. They also have the opportunity to experience the local community much more closely, perhaps as their predecessors have since these vintage buildings first were built.
