| By utilizing electronic mail to communicate to Chicago Apartment Management, LLC (“CAM”), and by accepting this notice as provided below, the under-identified person (“Tenant”) hereby agrees and accepts that any and all communications from or on behalf of CAM or any of its landlord clients directed to the email address identified by the Tenant herein constitute sufficient and acceptable forms of communication and notice for all purposes under law, including, but without limitation, the Chicago Landlord and Tenant Ordinance, the Forcible Entry and Detainer Act, eviction laws, and all other laws, ordinances and regulations (the “Laws”). Tenant hereby waives and releases CAM from any other notice requirement under any Laws. Tenant further agrees to provide notice to CAM of any and all changes in Tenant’s email address on an ongoing basis, and that prior to any such notice of changed email address being in fact received by CAM, any and all email correspondence and/or notices issued by, for or on behalf of CAM or its landlord clients to the email address identified herein by Tenant shall be deemed to have been received by Tenant on the day of issuance as a matter of law. |
